Pork

We raise our pigs in their natural habitat as much as possible. They live on pasture or in woods eating grass, roots, nuts, berries as well as non-gmo local grains. We can also sell piglets when we have litters around twice a year.

Chickens and Eggs

The breed of chickens we use is freedom ranger.  This breed is best for free-range meat chickens because they eat what they were created to eat: insects, grasses and grains. They are raised on pasture in pens that are moved twice daily.  Their diet is supplemented with non-gmo SOY-FREE local grains.

Our egg layers are also raised on pasture in pens that are moved daily.

Lamb and Mutton

Our hair sheep are born and raised on our farm. They are 100% grass-fed.  We can also sell live sheep when we have the extra supply.

Beef

We raise Angus and Fleckvieh Simmental cattle. They are raised on pasture and rotationally grazed from early spring to late fall. Grass fed and grass finished

Transplants

We sell transplants of herbs and select produce in the spring.  We do not use any chemical fertilizer or sprays on these plants. The majority of the seeds are certified organic.  You can pick up these plants at the farm or Beech Bend Farmers Market.
