We are a small family farm that believes in providing the highest quality food for your family.  Kaelin has a long family history of farming, while Heather has learned along the way, changing her urban ways.  We have six acres in Plano and more in Allen county that we work hard to use in a biodynamic way.  Every animal and every crop has an important function. We believe in preserving heritage breeds as well as preserving the tradition and knowledge of small family farming.  We love what we do, and we hope you enjoy the delicious food that comes from our hard work!
